After meeting at the European Intuitive Music Conference E I M C in Basel 2021, this trio of two woodwinds and accordion with voice converged in Bordeaux on July 10th 2023. There was no talk before this session just an unspoken agreement to play with all of our tools and tastes in a virtuoso manner.
All the pieces folllowed rapidly in one take. Ingeborg & Jopo Poffet have an enduring colllaboration spanning over thirty years and it seemed quite natural that the open format proposed by Etienne Rolin worked so well.

Etienne Rolin Bordeaux, France

French-American Composer, Soundpainter Improviser, and visual artist.
Born in Berkeley California in 1952, E.Rolin, has a catalogue of over one
thousand works that range from solos to opera through big band charts.
These works have benefitted from world premiers in the USA Canada,Europe.
His latest project is developing répertoire for
the Glissotar Hungarian hybrid wind instument.
